Fleetwood Town’s Under-19s had a weekend to forget as they lost their Youth Alliance fixture to Carlisle United at Creighton Rugby Club on Saturday afternoon.

Both sides started the game in a scrappy manner, with chances coming at either end of the pitch, but it was the hosts that took the lead seconds before the half-time break as Nic Bollado found Sam Fishburn who slotted past Luc Rees.

This happened again with 10 minutes to go, with the same duo linking up to double Carlisle’s lead before an own goal made it three with seconds to go in the game to round out the result.
