Patrick Burke	“This is to say a huge thank you for your hospitality on Saturday. I do apologise for the delay – homework seems to stack up so quickly but I have written a couple of articles on your club. I cannot stress how grateful I was when you took time to meet me in the club shop. I also couldn’t thank you enough when you found me in the stands to give me the teamsheets – I felt very honoured. It was a shame Fleetwood couldn’t quite get the goal but they were up against a very strong Southend side and it was the manager’s first game in charge, so definitely a point earned. Normally I pick out individuals and ask you to pass on my thanks, but everyone was fantastic – so I would be grateful if you could pass on my thanks to everyone at the club for being so welcoming. In an attempt to give the club something back, I have attached an article which I hope highlights some of the strengths of the club. If you wish, you could use it in your programme so that all your supporters know what a fantastic club Fleetwood are to support. I will also send another article to the Fleetwood Weekly News so that the people of Fleetwood know what they have right on their doorstep and it may encourage them to travel to Highbury themselves. I can honestly say I have never felt so welcomed by a club so I would like to once again say a huge thank you to you and your club. I would love to see Fleetwood get promoted and maybe I could arrange another visit. Thanks again.”
Larraine Percival	“Well, again, I feel I must congratulate you all at Twelve Restaurant for the consistently excellent service you provided for me and my party in the Parkside Hospitality Suite at the Southend Game on 8th Dec. Your own service and that of your staff is, I would say, the best I have experienced anywhere. Also, the same goes to the bar staff and management team too. It was lovely to meet you and I did appreciate you coming out to introduce yourself. It is nice to put a face to someone personally. My friends were also very impressed with everything and they enjoyed it so much, they will be joining us again sometime. You all made it another excellent day and to cap it all, I won two tickets for 26th January to watch the Oxford Utd game in the Parkside Suite again! I was thrilled to bits and it was the icing on the cake. My sons will also be joining us as well on 26th, so, I wonder if you would kindly let me know what the menu is for that day once you have it please because there will be two of us again with a lactose intolerance to discuss. At this point it may be too early to know what the menu choice is going to be, so, I wonder if you would kindly inform me of the choices once you have them please? Again, please pass on our compliments both to all your own restaurant staff, and also to the bar staff and all the management team too. Excellent all round!! Thank you all once again. Regardless of the score, your fans were brilliant, your stewards were fantastic and I think its safe to say all Vale fans had a cracking night out. It’s a real credit to your football club that every Vale fan has spoken about how good Fleetwood was and that it’s a certain away fixture for when we travel to you again next year, hopefully both in the league above. Vale fans haven’t had anything to smile about in the last few years. I spent the pre-season sweeping the stands for the club so that it could open, and I am so thankful your club and the brilliant hospitality it provided gave me a well earned smile!”
Phil	“I am e-mailing to say thank you for the wonderful day I had at yesterday’s game – Fleetwood vs AFC Wimbledon. Everything you have from the stadium to the staff to the fans is brilliant. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel nothing but welcome – you should be proud of all the staff from the ticket office to the security to the bar staff in Jim’s Bar – everyone was courteous, helpful, professional, but most importantly of all – friendly. It is always nice to be thanked for making the effort to go to away games – again your PA announcer was excellent in welcoming everyone associated with Wimbledon. I wish you continued success, but it would be great to come back up next season if we are still in the same division! I hope you have a team meeting of some kind where you can feedback to the staff – from experience you always hear what you’ve done wrong, but it is important to let people know what they are doing right. What ever it is you are doing – continue to do so, as your ground is far away the friendliest and best run I have visited in the many years of supporting Wimbledon. Keep it up.”

We had an absolutely fantastic day and I honestly feel a lot of clubs could learn from you. The day got off to a good start with your doormen who were extremely courteous and couldn’t do enough for us from locating our tickets to showing us to the lift to get into the suite. Once we got into the Parkside Suite we were shown to our table by a guy who does the meeting and greeting who explained to us exactly what would happen. A waitress came over and told us she would be getting our drinks for the afternoon, she was an absolute star nothing was too much trouble. Another waitress then came over and explained about the food options, yet another star, you have definitely unearthed some real gems!! In fact all your staff were great. The food was top notch and the bar prices very competitive, in fact coming from Bristol we couldn’t believe how cheap the drinks were! All in all we had a fantastic experience and one we all agreed we would all do again when we are up next. Thanks again for a wonderful day!”
