Following recent feedback from supporters Fleetwood Town are delighted to announce a new Cask Ale will now be on sale in Jim's Bar with effect from tomorrow’s game against Morecambe.
The club has decided to name the new beer, produced by our brewing partner Carlsberg UK, as ‘Pondy’s Brew’ – Real Ale to celebrate a legend. The beer is a 4.1% ABV blonde ale.
Martin Booker, the club’s Head of Commercial said “ We recently met with a group of supporters about the matchday experience and this was one of many ideas raised by our fans which we have acted upon. The new real ale is something we have never done previously and we thought it was only right to name this after Nathan Pond who is celebrating his testimonial season. I hope the fans will enjoy sampling the new beer starting with tomorrow’s derby clash with Morecambe.”
