Information aimed at helping visiting media to Highbury and providing information to facilitate all media requests.

Media Requests
All interview requests or general media enquiries relating to club affairs are to be directed to the media department, preferably via email to jonathon.swift@fleetwoodtownfc.com or by calling 07713281024

We will endeavour to deal with every request from accredited media sources as soon as possible.

Please note that manager Graham Alexander will only do interviews relating to Fleetwood Town Football Club.

The vast majority of interview requests will be facilitated at our regular press conferences, which normally take place the day before a midweek competitive first team game and two days ahead of a competitive first team weekend game.

Press conferences ahead of a weekend game will take place on Thursday afternoons and for a midweek fixture, most press conferences will take place during the afternoon on the day before the game.

All press conferences are provisionally scheduled to take place at Fylde Rugby Club unless otherwise stated in our regular e-mail press releases.

Please read press releases carefully for details of alterations to press conference venues as we cannot accept re-arranged press conferences to accommodate any organisations who fail to turn up at the wrong venue.

Match Accreditation
In order for media organisations to attend first team fixtures at Highbury to provide broadcast or written coverage, Football League media accreditation is required.

To obtain permission to report on all Football League fixtures, please contact Kelly Williams accreditations@football-dataco.com or by calling 0207 864 9131. Please note that the Football League reserves the right to refuse any applications which are considered unsuitable or outwith the best interests of the competition.

Accredited organisations wishing to attend Fleetwood home fixtures are asked to make their applications through DataCo's I-PBS online booking system http://www.football-dataco.com.

Please note that the closing date for accreditation applications is 5pm on Thursday for all weekend fixtures, or 5pm on the preceding day for a midweek fixture. Though we can normally accommodate late requests (subject to availability), the deadlines have been set to ensure the smoothest possible service on the day of the game. We respectfully ask that all submissions for accreditation are made via the I-PBS system.

Please avoid ringing to confirm the status of your application prior to this point.

Live full/part match commentaries can only be carried out where an agreement exists between the club, the Football League and the third party broadcaster. Any organisations with such an agreement are
requested to submit a purchase order number with their accreditation request in order to allow us to process your application. We cannot guarantee access to any organisation not adhering to this request.

Cod Army Player
Cod Army Player is the club's official broadcast channel, provided as an online subscription service in conjunction with the Perform Group. The Club is responsible for providing video interview content and the matchday audio commentary on all first team home and away games, while the Perform Group supply the post-match highlights packages.

For subscription or technical queries, please contact the Perform Group's customer services department via customerservices@performgroup.com. Please do not contact the club if your query is of a technical nature as such matters are beyond our control in most instances.

Work Experience/Student Requests
Due to the vast number of requests we receive relating to student projects or possible work experience placements, it is unfortunately impossible for us to grant every request we receive. All enquiries should be sent to jonathon.swift@fleetwoodtownfc.com

Opportunities for individuals wishing to gain work experience within the media department - including the chance to report on non-first team fixtures - are occasionally available. Anyone wishing to be considered for such a placement are asked to email the above address, stating:
- the reason for their application
- the whole weeks in which they are available (preferably in fortnightly periods or longer)
- an up to date CV
- examples of relevant work in this area.

Please note that all work placements with Fleetwood Town media are unpaid.
