The game will kick-off at 2pm on 2nd August
Fleetwood Town U18s will face Wythenshawe on Sunday at Highbury Stadium, 2pm kick-off.The young Cod Army squad will face the men’s side in their final pre-season friendly before the 2015/16 season begins away at Port Vale on Saturday 8th August.
The Club’s Director of Football/Academy Director Stuart Murdoch said: “It is a very good opportunity for the youth team to play at Highbury Stadium.
“It is not a place they often get the chance to play except for FA Youth cup games so they will enjoy the experience.
“It is a great experience to play against a men’s team and to be tested in a different way to the teams they have already played this pre-season.
“They have had a good pre-season and they have worked extremely well.”
The doors will open from 12pm with Jim’s Sports Bar open from noon until 5.30pm. The Parkside Stand will be in operation.
