Officials named for this weekend's derby fixture
Oxfordshire based referee Graham Scott has been tasked with overseeing the first ever league meeting between Blackpool and Fleetwood Town at Bloomfield Road on Saturday afternoon.The eagerly anticipated fixture at the home of the Seasiders will be the first Cod Army game that Scott has taken charge of in the 2015/16 campaign.
In fact, it is over a year since he last officiated the men from Highbury Stadium, with Scott the man in the middle for our 2-1 defeat away at Colchester United in October 2014.
So far this season, he has been the whistle blower for five matches, the last of which coming in Saturday’s Devon derby, as Exeter City triumphed away at Plymouth Argyle.
Assisting Scott will be Derek Eaton and Mark Scholes who will run the line, while Ross Joyce is the fourth official.
