Development Squad players star as catwalk models
Fleetwood Town’s Highbury Stadium hosted our 2017 Wedding Fayre at the weekend, and it was a roaring success!
The Parkside Suite at Highbury was transformed as Town players Alex Reid and Spencer Myers were stars of the catwalk, and showed their professionalism on and off the field.
Over £150 was raised for Trinity Hospice, with the entry being priced at £1 as well as a prizes donated by local businesses for the raffle, with money still being counted after the event.
Sarah McLellan, Events Manager at Fleetwood Town said: “This was the fourth year we have held the wedding fayre and it was our biggest year by far.
“I would like to thank Alex and Spencer for being brilliant models, as well as Blush Brides and Grooms for their models and catwalk and Roy Lynch the compare from Radio Wave and DJ Solutions for supplying the music. Balloonarama also did a superb job in dressing the room - thank you too.”
