Eggert Jonsson, Martyn Woolford and Devante Cole start for Fleetwood, while Kyle Dempsey, Ashley Hunter and Chris Long miss out.
Dempsey and Long are not named on the bench, with Victor Nirrenold and George Glendon named among the seven substitutes.
